I promise this will get weird.

How many people do you know who are in their 50s and have discarded nearly all of their earthly possessions to travel around the world full-time in a big yellow truck named Walter? Just me? Well, okely-dokely.

I find a ridiculous measure of joy in photographing the quirky, odd, honest, and generally wholesome things I see along the roads of life—in obscure places you will likely never go—and passing them along to you to enjoy. What can I say? I’m a giver.

I send these posts out every Friday morning. It’s free to subscribe. Give it a shot. You’ll be glad you did.

Tell me when a post makes you smile—or chortle—or even guffaw.

Drop me a line in the comments section or send a reply to my email. I love to know what tickles people’s funny bone, so I can find more of it. And, when a post makes you actually laugh out loud, please share it with others. Sharing is caring.

But wait, there’s more!

I also write. A lot. If you would like a more in-depth look at our travel lifestyle, then have I got a deal for you. On Tuesday mornings, I publish Beauty and Truth Weekly.

Each post of Beauty and Truth Weekly is a long-form, in-depth piece. Think perspective, analysis, solid storytelling, cultural references from home and abroad, the heartfelt musings of a bona fide Gen-Xer who wrestles with her faith in a complicated world. And, of course, I work hard to make you laugh over there sometimes, too.

Here’s a funny example: “And now for something completely different”

And for my girls enduring the physical challenges of the midlife years: “Dear Aunt Flo: a goodbye letter”

Here’s a more serious example: “Checking in is risky business”

So, if you like longer reads, you should check it out. Just like International Signs and Wonders, everyone who subscribes to Beauty and Truth Weekly can get all the content for free. Check it out here: BEAUTY AND TRUTH WEEKLY.

Thanks for stopping by, friend. Happy Trails.

And don’t forget to subscribe to International Signs and Wonders. Seriously. I find good stuff.

That’s me, btw.
